Yes, we do require rental protection when you are renting a storage unit. You can provide proof of your own protection plan as you are checking out, or you can purchase one of our protection plans. We offer a few different options, so you are able to choose the best for your situation. Ask our storage experts which plan would be best for you.Do I need climate-controlled storage in Jacksonville, FL?

From here, click on the storage unit in your account that you wish to pay the bill for. If you prefer not to have to log in, you can also continue as a guest. You can also choose to prepay for your upcoming month’s bill.How do I reach someone after hours?
If you have an urgent issue after business hours, please call our Stored Self Storage location and press 1 to speak with a representative. You can find each storage facility’s phone number listed on our website’s “Contact” page. Additionally, there is a chat button on the website that can support you. We offer month-by-month storage leases to allow for flexible rental space. You will never be stuck in a long contract. Rent for a month, a few months, or find your long-term storage solution with Stored Self Storage.Is Stored Self Storage a good option during hurricane season?

- Active duty military members can receive 10% off monthly. Thank you for your service!
